Process
of Production
Generally speaking, our production begin as customer may sent us
the original sample or an accurate colored draft of the design needed,
by surface mail or e-mail (accepted formats: pcx, bmp, cdr, dst,
brd, jpg) then we will proceed to create a computerized design and
made a sample for approval sample, and approximate delivery time.
Negotiating prices would be required if product size and shape are
unique compared to the standard size and shape as shown on our Price
List. After approval is obtained, our marketing then appoint the
job to our Production Department for the preparation of production
for this particular order.
Our Production Department and Purchasing prepares
the raw material such as base materials, and threads. Badges and
patches material may either be cotton, polyester, or sinthetic
leather. Our embrodery threads are made of Rayon and Polyester
with standard pantone colors, metalic Gold and Silver threads
are also available based on customer's needs. Merrow Edged, Heat
Sealed Adhesive/Plastic Backings and Velcro backing may further
be added on the Badges based on demands.
After finishing process, the finished product then
enter the quality control process to ensure that only the good
and quality product are delivered to our customer
